At SkinShop, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't right for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a return under our clean beauty guarantee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SkinShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous postage markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our lab, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
